Tuesday, July 27; Tuesday, August 31; Thursday, September 30: "Business Education and Development" held in the Jackson Medical Mall Community Room from 6-7:30 p.m. This is a Free Business Law Seminar Series for current and future business owners, co-sponsored by the Jackson Business Accelerator Collaboration and the Mississippi Volunteer Lawyers Project. No free legal services will be made available; rather, the workshops seek to introduce Jackson residents to the legal world and structure of business. The workshops will provide general education, legal information, as well as show small business owners how they could benefit from an attorney's advice before problems arise. Flyer. August 4- Guardianship Refresher CLE. The CLE will cover guardianship and Rick Patt will speak from 2:00-3:00 p.m. The CLE is worth 1 hour of CLE credit. It will be an overview on guardianships for volunteers with both Guardianship Clinics to be held on August 4th and 5th. Please call MVLP for mor information or to register.
